Heart reflexology.

  A few years ago I was asked to be a keynote speaker at the New Zealand Reflexology Association Conference . They told me that my keynote should take him 1.5 hours. I have done many workshops, training, and presentations, but never been a keynote speaker, so this was new to me . What should I offer for my opening conference keynote? 1.5 hours should set the tone for the weekend's event. I didn’t know what to say. When I started working on my keynote, I decided to tie it into a topic they called "getting to the heart of reflexology ." Discovering our true purpose is understanding who we are, how, what our limiting beliefs are, and what keeps us interested . .
