Anxiety Triggers .

  Is your fear always there, or is it especially active in the presence of other people? When asked if it made you feel a little less nervous or more confident in social situations or at work, you said yes. Could not be answered with certainty. Anxiety can be triggered by many different situations and has many different causes. If these underlying causes are instability, it's an anxiety trigger. When these root causes affect others, especially in large public places such as schools and workplaces, it becomes a trigger for greater anxiety . We are all different. Some people are most scared when they are alone. Some people are afraid to be alone and feel insecure.
