Solve adrenal fatigue.

A college friend was blushing, sweaty, and shaking when a teacher asked her to speak in class. A few weeks before the presentation, he was anxious, agitated, and unable to sleep. I was still a student at the time, so I had no idea what he was going through. But I knew something was wrong. A few years ago I noticed a man at the airport waiting to leave the bathroom before using the urinal. He felt uncomfortable having someone watch him urinate.

In retrospect, I can say (since I became a psychiatrist) that these two of them may have suffered from social phobia or social anxiety disorder (SAD). I can only hope they are fine now, but the symptoms they were exhibiting at the time were consistent with this devastating disease. How bad is a social phobia or SAD? Social phobia or SAD is a type of anxiety disorder characterized by extreme fear, anxiety, or stress when exposed to social gatherings or when doing something in front of a group of people. Public speaking is the most common situation in which an individual's social anxiety is exposed. Can create stress. Urinating in public restrooms, eating at fast food restaurants, writing in public, and signing paperwork at a bank can also cause anxiety and discomfort. People with this condition are preoccupied with being embarrassed or criticized by others. Some patients feel like people are focused on themselves and waiting for mistakes to happen
